Gary is a co-founder of Decision Innovation, Inc. and brings years of decision management and knowledge-based experience in work and life. As a career executive with Motorola, he has served as Lead Architect for the Mobile Experience Delivery Platform, and he has led the Strategic Decision Management/Enterprise Knowledge Collaboration initiative. He has worked in the field of business software applied research for the past fifteen years with a focus on decision management, decision-based software and collaboration frameworks. With a strong focus on innovation, Gary created an approach for creating knowledge in the context of a decision framework. These experiences, coupled with a strong personal vision for leveraging the value of decision tools in both personal and business decision making, led Gary and Keith to build and launch Decision Innovation Inc.
While at Motorola, Gary served as an Associate of the Science Advisory Board, (SABA), one of the highest awards for technical achievement within Motorola. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned a both a B.S.E.E. and an M.S.E.E. degree. He is a member of the IEEE Technology Management Council, the ACM, and the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). He serves in various volunteer roles for the P.A.D.S. Homeless Shelter and other community service organizations.
As a co-founder of Decision Innovation Inc, Keith brings an inquisitive and creative mind coupled with a successful executive business career in leading teams to develop new and innovative products. He built a successful career with Motorola and Northrop Corporation where he leveraged his engineering strengths to lead teams in creating new technologies and products. He is a lifelong learner with the ability to focus on solving problems and developing innovative alternatives. These experiences, coupled with a strong personal vision for leveraging the value of decision tools in both personal and business decision making, led Keith and Gary to build and launch Decision Innovation Inc.
He has led teams of up to 600 engineers in developing future advanced technologies for wireless products and has helped create 35 patent opportunities for mobility devices. Early in his career, Keith built a solid foundation in RF engineering and developed experience as a project engineer and engineering manager. Along the way, he developed as a strong business leader and mentor, and has served in leadership roles to effectively bridge the worlds of business and R & D. He was appointed to represent Motorola as a Board Member for the 3G Americas Board of Governors and is active in industry forums. Keith is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he earned both B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. degrees.
